Anne O’Neill

Anne is Principal and Co-founder of Ignyte Marketing Group. Anne thrives on helping clients better understand the needs of their customers so they can deliver solutions that are easy to acquire and use. She loves seeing a good strategic plan put into action and believes strongly that data-driven decisions drive superior results. Anne has 20 years of experience in software and cloud-based services industries, focusing on consumers, small businesses, and enterprises. She has held roles in business development, regional, solutions and product marketing and led teams based in both North America and Europe.  Before founding Ignyte Marketing Group, Anne held roles at Symantec, VERITAS Software, Oracle, Intel, and Kintana (now Hewlett-Packard). Anne holds a BA and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Anne lives in Oakland, CA, with her husband Mike and their two kids. When she is not at work, you’ll find her helping with fundraising for her local elementary school, networking with other Oakland entrepreneurs, getting energized at an indoor cycling class, or cooking for friends and family – quite often to her daughter’s dismay – dishes that feature something leafy and green.

Andy Singer

Andy is Principal and Co-founder of Ignyte Marketing Group. He has a BA from Hamilton College and an MBA from the University of Maryland. Andy enjoys discovering and understanding the needs of the customer and transforming those insights into strategies and actionable plans. He’s committed to acting with integrity, building strong relationships and teams and finding ways to win.

Prior to founding Ignyte Marketing Group, Andy held global roles at Check Point Software Technologies and Symantec Corporation in product marketing, product management, corporate marketing, market intelligence and sales engineering servicing consumers, small businesses and enterprises. 

Andy lives in Oakland, CA with his wife Carrie and their twin boys. When Andy’s not working he enjoys getting involved in local and national politics, supporting all-things Oakland, wondering if the Chicago Cubs will win the World Series in his lifetime and introducing his kids to the great outdoors and open spaces in California.
